Hoe het voelt
Een paar stille notities over het verblijf.
Hashtag 98 Hotel sits in El Poblado, within a short walk of Poblado Park and Lleras Park. The setting is firmly urban and practical: modern rooms, easy access to restaurants and bars, and a location that makes Medellín’s most active neighbourhood simple to navigate on foot.\n\nChoose it when the plan is to spend most of the day in the city and return to a comfortable, well-located room. It suits independent travellers, couples and short city breaks that prioritise convenience over a resort-style experience.

Aankomst
Aankomen is eenvoudig
Medellín arrives from above: the airport is on higher ground and the transfer descends toward the valley. Keep the first evening flexible after the road in.
- Airport transfer from Rionegro into the valley
Praktisch
Het dagelijks leven is hier makkelijk
Beste reistijd
Wanneer het hier op zijn best voelt
- Mild highland climate
- Rain can arrive quickly
- Cooler evenings than the coast
Goed om te weten
Zo ga je goed voorbereid op pad
- Choose the neighbourhood for the rhythm you want; Medellín is not one walkable centre.
- Road travel across the valley changes with traffic, especially around commuting hours.
- The highland setting keeps the city milder than Colombia's coastal destinations.
- Give longer day trips their own day rather than squeezing them around city plans.
