Why this journey works

From the Caribbean coast to the Andes.

A continuous arc through Colombia. Cartagena's old city to begin, the wild coast of Tayrona in the middle, the green hills of the Eje Cafetero to close. The pace stays even — only the landscape changes. None of the three stands alone as a full trip — Cartagena alone is a long weekend stretched thin; Tayrona alone is a beach escape with nothing to open or close it; the coffee region alone is a retreat with no arrival story. Together they read as one country told in three chapters, not three separate holidays.

Good to know

Airports

CTG (Cartagena) in, PEI (Pereira) out — two short domestic hops between the three stops.

Best order

Cartagena first, Tayrona second, coffee region last — city, then wild coast, then mountains.

Internal travel

Two short domestic flights. We handle the timings.

Pace

Three regions in twelve days — calm but not still.
